Stacy Papakostas - Co-Owner/Instructor, E.C.I.T.S. Certified Personal Trainer. Stacy has been an ECITS Certified Personal Trainer for over 8 years in Miami as well as New York City. She currently works at the New York Health and Racquet Club in mid-town Manhattan developing a following of personal clients. Stacy currently holds certifications in Functional Body Weight Training, Sport Specific Exercise, Boxing and Kickboxing. She is committed to a lifetime of continuing education in the field of health and wellness. Her unique approach gives women the edge on self-defense techniques in addition to weight loss coaching and nutrition counseling. Her program design for each woman most effectively maximizes time and effort, ie- less time, more results!
Stacy's education and experience with pre-natal and post-pregnancy therapeutic exercise helps moms improve their health and physical appearance. She has proved that when expecting mothers incorporate exercise before delivery, they will have fewer baby-fat pounds to lose and are more likely to maintain a normal body weight after delivery. Being a mother herself, she understands that establishing good habits and discipline now will make a more positive role model as the child grows. Her energetic and creative approach makes every session fun and effective. The foundation of Stacy’s practice as a fitness professional is built on encouraging positive thinking to boost self-esteem and a healthy body image.

Laura Miranda - Co-Owner/Instructor, Licensed Physical Therapist, Certified Personal Trainer, Strength and Conditioning Specialist. Laura has been involved in competitive athletics since the age of 7. It was a result of extensive rehabilitation for a potentially career ending knee injury in high school that lead Laura to pursue a career in sports medicine. She earned a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Physiology from the University of South Carolina. During that time she became a Certified Personal Trainer (ACE) and a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (NSCA) specializing in collegiate athletes as well as heading up the Geriatric Cardiovascular Rehabilitation Program at USC. Laura is also a graduate of Hunter College in New York City with a Masters of Science degree in Physical Therapy. She is currently the a Clinical Director of Physical Therapy at Saint Vincent’s Medical Center in Manhattan where she specializes in sports orthopedic rehabilitation.
Laura holds a unique niche in the field of health and wellness by combining her complex understanding of human movement as a Physical Therapist with her knowledge of fitness and nutrition as Personal Trainer. She has been featured on the WB 11 Morning News and in print in the Daily News, Newsday and the Long Island Herald. He has fifteen certifications including massage therapy, plyometrics, self-defense, fitness kick boxing, fitness boxing, water fitness, exercise rehabilitation, golf conditioning, Pilates, personal training, clinical hypnotherapy, sports hypnosis, PACE circuit training and yoga. He holds a 2nd degree black belt in kung-fu, has completed the Ironman triathlon, and finished 5th at the U.S. National Biathlon Championships. His medical training includes a license in radiological technology, a medical assisting certification, and training in McKenzie rehabilitation. John was nominated for the California Community College Distinguished Alumni Award. |

Christina Lucy teaches the 9:00 a.m. boot camp in Orange County, CA. For over 14 years, Christina has taught aerobics and group fitness classes for many prestigious fitness clubs and spas throughout the country. She has undergone training in challenge course administration and safety. She is a facilitator for the rope's course at Spencer Escape in Big Bear. She is certified by NESTA as a personal trainer and holds a PACE circuit training instructor certification. Christina is also a running coach and has developed the EZ8 Women's Running Camp. She has been featured in 3 fitness videos, and soon to be in the upcoming fitness video "The OC Body".
